"Little piece of paradise. We rented both cottages at Forest Hills for five days, and it was simply wonderful. Caron was a lovely host, and always on hand to help. We stayed in Taaibos, a lovely quirky house with superb views and all the amenities you could require, and direct access to the pool - views from a pool don't get much better. My sister and her family stayed in Sagewood, a more modern spacious cottage, with darts and table tennis which were much enjoyed. Both cottages have brilliant braai facilities. It's so peaceful at Forest Hills, yet so close to Knysna. A wonderfully relaxing break, and totally recommended."

"Like a slice of heaven. We could not have imagined a more peaceful and relaxing stay. I think I saw the clearest star-filled skies ever. Perfect location a bit outside Knysna, very short drive to get everywhere. Caron was a great host - very interesting conversations and great hospitality. The place is fantastic for kids. There’s a Trampolin and even chickens!"

"We were fortunate to spend the last night of our trip in this gorgeous farm house, but one night is definitely not enough! The mattress is really comfortable, the shower pressure is perfect, and the little extras (like flowers and soaps on the bed), along with the incredible views made this feel like a dream. And pet-friendly! If there was backup power for loadshedding we'd seriously consider a long stay. Tip: Bring a yoga mat and head over to the deck for a sunrise stretch!"
